Yes, you’re charged based on the amount of work your cleaners will carry out according to the scope of work requested. If they finish early, you are charged the full amount quoted.

No, it is not necessary for someone to come to the house before the cleaning can commence. But it is advisable for a an area consultant to see the premises so that they know exactly the type of cleaning that has to go into the work. You can still get a quote and book your cleaning online. It takes about one minute.

Cleaning supplies are included in the quote price given to the clients. Hygiene Care 101 uses quality brand cleaning materials that get the job done and are SABS approved. However if the client requires us to use their cleaning material then the work will gladly be carried out with the clients' detergents.

Please get in touch with us right away and we’ll make arrangements to rectify the situation. We have a satisfaction guarantee that we stand by. The service will be carried out for free to rectify the mistakes and leave the client as happy as they should be.

Scheduling Questions

We don’t guarantee same-day bookings. But, depending on the day, we can often meet this requirement if there are no other bookings and there is a team or staff available.

It’s completely up to you but not compulsory. Our staff are screened and vetted to ensure that whether the client is home or not, nothing goes missing. If you’re not going to be home, make sure you let us know how to access your house by putting the information in your customer dashboard.

Yes, most of the time. However, we allow a one-hour window due to traffic and weather circumstances. In scenarios where your cleaner will be late, you will be contacted to let you know the ETA promptly.

Our payment policy is for the client to pay 50% upfront before the service and the remaining 50% will be due upon completion of the service.

No, you can cancel service anytime without any penalties. You don’t have to commit to any contracts or pre-determined number of appointments. If you are looking for a continuous service for commercial cleaning, you state your frequency and a contract will be drawn up for you.

Cleaning supplies are included by default. This ensures that the service is carried out with products our team knows are tried and tested at delivering the best clean for the client.

We offer a range of services from Residential cleaning, Commercial cleaning, Industrial cleaning, Upholstery cleaning, Window cleaning, Gutter cleaning and Deep cleaning. We offer these from weekly cleaning to one-time cleaning to move-in and move-out cleaning. This all depends on the size of the premises and the scope of work around it. That will determine whether 1 cleaner or a bigger team is needed to carry out the service.

Absolutely. The cleaners go through a screening process that includes a police background check, reference checks and in-person interviews. We also require significant experience in residential house cleaning to work with us.
